Disclosed in the present invention are a high water-reducing and low sensitivity polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a preparation method therefor, the molecular weight of thereof being 10,000-150,000, and the structural formula thereof being as follows: the present invention introduces a benzene ring and a carboxyl structure at a branch ends of polycarboxylate superplasticizer molecules by means of using an esterified product of a unsaturated polyether monomer and a compound A in the synthesis of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer; the benzene ring structure enhances the steric effect of the branches of polycarboxylate superplasticizer molecules, and the carboxyl structure causes the branches of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer molecules to not only have a steric effect, but also have an electrostatic repulsion effect such that the prepared polycarboxylate superplasticizer has a higher water reduction rate.
