This radar signal imaging device 30 comprises a transmission unit 31 for transmitting a radar signal toward an object to be imaged that is a non-rigid body, a position estimation unit 32 for estimating the position of the object, a mobility estimation unit 33 for estimating a mobility that is the degree of change within a prescribed period in the relative positions of feature points composing the object, and a synthetic aperture processing unit 34 for carrying out synthetic aperture processing on the radar signal reflected by the object on the basis of the estimated position of the object and the estimated mobility.
