A behavior improvement system (200) according to the present invention is a behavior analysis system for analyzing the behavior of a user by using a network in which information can be exchanged in an organization formed by a plurality of users, said system being equipped with: a target information setting means (210) for setting target information (400); a results information acquisition means (220) for acquiring behavior results information (500) and correspondence results information (600); an evaluation information acquisition means (230) for acquiring evaluation information; a model user selection means (240) for selecting a model user among the plurality of users to serve as a target, on the basis of the evaluation information; and a model user information presentation means (250) for presenting the target information, the behavior results information, and the correspondence results information of the model user. Thus, by presenting results information of a model user serving as a target it is possible for each user to undertake behavior improvement on their own without depending on a diagnostician, an adviser, or the like.
