A trash bag component, a trash bag laying apparatus, and an intelligent trash bin. The trash bag component comprises a storage body (1) and a cover (2); the storage body (1) is provided with a first through hole, and an annular groove (3) surrounding at the outer side of the first through hole and used for storing trash bags (4). The trash bag laying apparatus is used for laying a trash bag (4) inside the trash bin body, and comprises a vacuum pumping component and a motor (8) which drives the vacuum pumping component; the vacuum pumping component is provided with an air inlet (91) and an air outlet; the air inlet (91) is communicated with an air extracting port at the inner wall of the trash bin body; the air outlet is communicated with the outer part of the trash bin body; the trash bag component and the trash bag laying apparatus are assembled and work in concert, so that automatic laying and packaging functions of trash bags can be implemented, the automation and intelligence levels of trash bins are further improved, the costs are low, and the replacement efficiency is high.
