ASSEMBLED CAST-IN-PLACE CONCRETE SHEAR WALL TEMPLATE SYSTEM

An assembled cast-in-place concrete shear wall template system, comprising a C-shaped steel truss formed by connecting a plurality of pieces of C-shaped steel (1) and horizontal reinforcing steel bars (2). Through holes are formed in the two side vertical edges of each piece of C-shaped steel (1), and rivet nuts (3) are mounted in the through holes. One ends of pull screws (20) are screwed into the rivet nuts (3) and water-stop cushion blocks are fitted over the pull screws (20). The water-stop cushion blocks comprise an inner water-stop cushion block (4) and outer water-stop cushion block (5). The inner water-stop cushion block (4) is composed of three sleeves with the outer diameters being decreased gradually from inside to outside, and the outermost sleeve is provided with an outer thread. The outer water-stop cushion block (5) is a nut. The assembled cast-in-place concrete shear wall template system makes the quality of a cast-in-place concrete wall more stable, and ensures the quality of the fabricated cast-in-place concrete wall while reducing the manufacturing cost.
