Disclosed in the embodiments of the present application are an image target object segmentation and training method and apparatus, a device, a medium, and a product, the image target object segmentation method comprising: by means of a plurality of processing blocks, performing feature extraction processing on an image to obtain image feature information outputted by each processing block amongst the plurality of processing blocks; performing at least two stages of fusion processing on the image feature information outputted by at least two pairs of adjacent processing blocks amongst the plurality of processing blocks to obtain target image feature information; and, on the basis of the target image feature information, determining the target object segmentation result of the image.
