Provided is a cadastral surveying system based on a multi-platform laser radar. The system comprises: a multi-platform laser radar system, the multi-platform laser radar system driving into a surveying area or flying over the surveying area from the outside of the surveying area so as to carry out data acquisition according to an acquisition route surveyed and designed in the earlier stage of a project, checking whether the acquisition route and an acquisition area are complete after acquisition is completed, and carrying out supplementary surveying in a timely manner if omissions exist so as to ensure data integrity; a data resolving module, the data resolving module being used for static data conversion of a base station and POS data fusion resolving; and a point cloud data pre-processing module, the point cloud data pre-processing module being used for converting original laser data into laser point clouds in a las format under a WGS84 coordinate system. The cadastral surveying system based on a multi-platform laser radar reduces the number of field-work surveying personnel, reduces the implementation cost, has little dependence on the weather and climate, and has a high acquisition efficiency. The main working time thereof is converted into office work production, and the operation efficiency is improved by at least seven to ten times.
