A process for using a membrane method to treat alkali weight reduction wastewater to implement alkali solution recycling and antimony removal, said process comprising: feeding alkali weight reduction wastewater to a tubular ceramic ultrafiltration membrane filter for filtration, and obtaining a membrane clear solution and a membrane concentrate; recycling the membrane clear solution, and performing a subsequent antimony removal operation on the membrane concentrate, said operation comprising: adding sulphuric acid to the membrane concentrate, adjusting the pH of the membrane concentrate to be less than or equal to 4, causing terephthalic acid to precipitate out, performing pressure filtration treatment, feeding an obtained supernatant into an iron-carbon microelectrolysis reactor for treatment, adding NaOH to an obtained supernatant, adjusting the pH to 8-9, forming an Fe(OH)2 sediment, performing pressure filtration treatment to obtain a supernatant, adding a strong oxidising agent, forming an Fe(OH)3 sediment, and performing pressure filtration treatment to obtain a supernatant, wherein antimony ions in the membrane concentrate are carried out by the Fe(OH)2 sediment and the Fe(OH)3 sediment. The present invention implements alkali solution recycling in alkali weight reduction wastewater, and removes antimony in the alkali weight reduction wastewater, in order to achieve relevant emission standards.
