An automatic hole-punching apparatus of a computerised embroidery machine, mainly composed of an active motor (3), a transmission shaft (4) with gears (6), a vertical hole-punching rod (5) with a gear rack (5.1), a hole-punching head (9), a cloth pressing foot (10) and a hole-punching mould (11), the hole-punching head and the cloth pressing foot being connected by an upper and lower elastic sleeve connection, and the hole-punching rod also being provided with a self-rotation prevention mechanism. After receiving a program control signal, the active motor works to drive the hole-punching rod downward, driving the cloth pressing foot downward to press the cloth on the upper flat plane of the hole-punching mould; the hole-punching head continues to move downward and fits to the hole-punching mould gap to punch through the cloth. The present apparatus can execute a specified procedure to automatically implement hole-punching during the embroidery process, implementing an embroidery hole-punching continuous automatic operation, and achieving the automation of hole-punching embroidery product production, high production efficiency, and good product quality.
