Disclosed is a tunnel kiln firing system for a foamed ceramic lightweight board, comprising a kiln vehicle, a loading line, a tunnel kiln and an unloading line, wherein the kiln vehicle comprises a rack, and a sagger is arranged on the rack and comprises a subplate, an enclosure and high-temperature resistant paper, the enclosure being arranged at the periphery of the subplate, and the high-temperature resistant paper being respectively arranged on the subplate and the enclosure. The loading line comprises: a cleaning unit for cleaning the subplate and the enclosure, a first laying unit for laying the high-temperature-resistant paper on the subplate, an enclosure arrangement unit for arranging the enclosure on the subplate, a second laying unit for laying the high-temperature-resistant paper on the enclosure, a material distribution unit for distributing material on the sagger formed by the subplate, the enclosure and the high-temperature resistant paper, and a conveying unit for conveying the kiln vehicle after material distribution to the tunnel kiln.
