An unmanned aerial vehicle extension system. The unmanned aerial vehicle extension system comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle (10) and an extension module (20). A recess (13) is provided on the surface of an aerial vehicle body (11), the bottom of the recess (13) is provided with one or more mounting holes (132) for detachably connecting an external extension module (20), and a standard interface (131) is provided at the bottom of the recess (13). The extension module (20) comprises a connecting plate (21) and a standard plug (22), the connecting plate (21) is accommodated in the recess (13) on the surface of the aerial vehicle body (11) of the unmanned aerial vehicle (10), and one or more counter bores (211) provided corresponding to the mounting holes (132) are provided on the connecting plate (21), and the counter bores (211) are used for enabling the extension module (20) to be detachably fixedly connected to the unmanned aerial vehicle (10) by means of mounting members (40). The standard plug (22) is provided at one side of the connecting plate (21), and the standard plug (22) can be inserted into the standard interface (131) in the recess (13) and is electrically connected to the circuit board (15) of the unmanned aerial vehicle (10). The unmanned aerial vehicle extension system can facilitate mounting an external functional element (30).
