The present invention relates to a context uncertainty elimination system based on a hierarchical comprehensive quality index (QoX), and a working method therefor. The system comprises a context collection layer, a context processing layer and an application layer. In the present invention, the quality indexes such as the collection equipment quality, the context information quality, the system service quality and the user experience quality are used as the hierarchical comprehensive quality indexes (QoX), and are integrated into a context awareness system to provide an effective method for context uncertainty elimination in context-aware computing; furthermore, a user and a system can actively adjust various preset threshold values and rules according to the needs thereof and changes in environmental conditions, which makes the system more reliable and adaptable.
