The present invention relates to a method for measuring vital information by using an ultra-wideband impulse radar signal and, more particularly, to a method for measuring vital information by using an ultra-wideband impulse radar signal, which measures a distance from a human body by using an ultra-wideband impulse radar signal, performs band-pass filtering (BPF) on measured biosignals to a heart rate frequency band and a respiration frequency band, and then applies CZT to each band-pass filtered signal to measure a respiration rate and a heart rate of the human body from the biosignals.
