The present invention relates to a surface expression vector having pgsA, a gene for coding a poly-gamma-glutamate synthesizing enzyme, and a method for expressing a target protein on the surface of a microorganism by using the vector. The vector to which foreign genes are added transforms the microorganism and allows a foreign protein to be stably expressed on the surface of the microorganism.
