SYSTEM AND PROCESS FOR PAYING TOLLS AND VEHICLE PARKING FEES IN GENERAL BY MEANS OF A CELLULAR TELEPHONY DEVICE

The present patent application is a design for a financial transaction system for paying tolls and public and private parking fees, which pertains to information technology and computation engineering, which uses a cellular telephone linked to an app for registering and managing resources and a data communication tag with "NFC" (near field communication) technology over a short range between collection agents and the user, wherein the user has to download the app to his cell and follow or consult specific steps, i.e. he can view his current balance or a previous payment, obtain a full monthly expenditure statement, change plans, such as for pre-payment, post-payment, automatic debit and credit card, check registration status and his route, search for registered locations and stipulate additional drivers; the user enters the vehicle and places his cellular device (20) close to the "NFC" tag (21), which will execute the function of activating the system in question without the user having to open the app installed on his cellular device, freeing up passage at all the points registered in the operator's system, and under the "NFC" system it is necessary for the system to be activated by the user placing his cellular device close to the "NFC" tag not only to initiate the system but also to terminate use.
