The present application relates to a rotor, a whole pole module assembling method for the rotor, a whole pole module replacement method for the rotor, and a motor. The rotor is sleeved on the peripheral surface of a motor stator and comprises: a rotor yoke provided with an opposite mounting surface and peripheral surface in the radial direction; a plurality of pressing strips distributed on the mounting surface at intervals along the circumferential direction of the rotor yoke, the radial distance between each pressing strip and the mounting surface being adjustable; a plurality of whole pole modules detachably connected between every two adjacent pressing strips, the whole pole module comprising a carrier plate and a plurality of permanent magnets arranged on the carrier plate, the carrier plate being attached to the mounting surface; and a plurality of fixed elements. Each pressing strip is mounted on the mounting surface by means of the fixed element, and each fixed element has an operation portion capable of extending from the peripheral surface. According to the present application, the whole pole module formed by a plurality of permanent magnets can be integrally assembled or disassembled, and the whole pole module can be replaced without disassembling the motor stator and the rotor, so that the maintenance cost of the motor rotor is lowered.
