The invention relates to a flow field plate (15) for a fuel cell with an active region (AA) and an inactive region (IA), comprising a stack with an anode plate (50) and a cathode plate (70) arranged in a plane-parallel manner in relation to the coolant plate (60), which each have a flat side.
