A cleaning device 20 is configured so as to comprise: a hanger-securing part by which a door is secured to a suspended hanger 4b; and a scraper part 52 for scraping off foreign matter on a door rail 6, the scraper part 52 having a bottom surface 52a that comes into contact with an upper surface 6b of the door rail 6 during cleaning of the door rail 6. Moving the door in a state in which the cleaning device 20 is secured to the hanger 4b causes the foreign matter on the upper surface 6b of the door rail 6 to be scraped off by the scraper part 52, cleaning the upper-end part of the door rail 6.
