The present invention relates to a drainage pump driving apparatus and a laundry treatment machine including same. A drainage pump driving apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a converter configured to convert an input AC power source into a DC power source; a voltage drop unit configured to drop down a DC voltage from the converter; an inverter module operating on the basis of a first voltage from the voltage drop unit and configured, by a switching operation, to output the converted AC power source to a drainage pump motor; a control unit operating on the basis of a second voltage from the voltage drop unit and configured to control the inverter module; and a voltage adjusting unit configured to adjust a level of voltage information of the motor output from the inverter module, and output the adjusted voltage information to the control unit. Accordingly, a drainage motor can be driven stably.
