FAQ QUESTION AND ANSWER LIBRARY GENERALIZATION METHOD, APPARATUS, AND DEVICE

Disclosed are a question and answer library generalization method, apparatus, and device. The method comprises: obtaining a target question, an entity keyword list, and equivalent sentence mode data, the entity keyword list comprising an entity in a question in an FAQ question and answer library, the equivalent sentence mode data comprising an equivalent sentence mode obtained in respect of the question by means of sentence transformation, and an equivalent sentence pattern mode obtained in respect of each sentence mode in the equivalent sentence mode by means of sentence pattern transformation; generating an equivalent question of the target question according to the entity keyword list and the equivalent sentence mode data, the equivalent question comprising an entity in the target question and the equivalent sentence pattern model in the equivalent sentence model to which the target question belongs. The generalization ability of the FAQ question and answer library is improved by means of expansion of equivalent sentences and equivalent sentence patterns. Such a FAQ question and answer library is used as a subsequent reference set that matches a question of a user, so that the recall rate and the degree of precision of the answer to the question of the user can be further improved. The FAQ question and answer library has good prospects for application in many technical fields relating to FAQ.
