COMFORTABLE ANTIBACTERIAL FABRIC AND PROCESSING TECHNIQUE THEREFOR

Provided are a comfortable antibacterial fabric and a processing technique therefor. The fabric is made by interweaving a warp and a weft, wherein the warp is made by blending bamboo fiber, cotton fiber, polynosic fiber, and polyester fiber, and the weft is made by blending and weaving bamboo fiber, polynosic fiber, dacron and cotton fiber. The blending ratio of the bamboo fiber, cotton fiber, polynosic fiber, and polyester fiber in the warp is 2:1:1:2, and the blending ratio of the bamboo fiber, polynosic fiber, dacron and cotton fiber in the weft is 2:2:1:2. The processing technique comprises an intersecting process, a winding process, a warping process, a weaving process, and a post-finishing process. The present fabric has the effects of preventing static electricity, is soft to the touch, has a soft gloss, high strength, and high elasticity, and has anti-wrinkle, antibacterial, bacteriostatic, mite-killing, anti-odor and ultraviolet light-resistant properties.
