Disclosed is a paper-plastic cosmetic housing (1), composed of an upper cover (10), a lower cover (20) and a support ring (30), wherein the top of the upper cover (10) is sealed, the outer surface is provided with grooves (11) the majority of which are straight, and the bottom is provided with an opening, which extends inwards to form an upper inner cavity (12); the bottom of the lower cover (20) is sealed, the outer surface is provided with large grooves (21) the majority of which are straight, and the top is provided with an opening, which extends inwards to form a lower inner cavity (22); the large grooves (21) form a step surface (23) inside the lower inner cavity (22); and the diameter of the top of the lower cover (20) is equivalent to the diameter of the bottom of the upper cover (10); the support ring (30) has a vertical annular wall (31), a top face extends inwards to form a top annular wall (32), the middle forms a large through hole (33), the bottom is provided with an opening, which extends inwards to form an inner cavity (34), and an outer diameter of the annular wall (31) is equivalent to an inner diameter of the top of the lower cover (20); the support ring (30) is placed from the opening of the top of the lower cover (20), and an outer wall of the support ring (30) is attached to an inner wall of the lower cover (20) and falls and enters into the interior of the lower inner cavity (22), and stands on the step surface (23), so that the support ring (30) is fixedly combined with the lower cover (20); and the upper cover (10) is aligned with and is sleeved outside the support ring (30) from the opening of the bottom, so that an inner wall of the upper cover (10) is attached to the outer wall of the support ring (30) to fall, and a bottom edge of the upper cover (10) is adhered onto a top edge of the lower cover (20).
