An odor-resistant sealing device of a centrifugal fan of a waste incineration power plant, comprising a motor (1), a bearing box (2), a rotation shaft (2.1), impellers, an impeller chamber (3), a base (5), an air suction port (4), and an air discharge port; the bearing box (2), the impeller chamber (3), and the motor (1) are installed and fixed on the base (5), the motor (1) drives the impellers to rotate by means of the rotation shaft (2.1), air enters the impeller chamber (3) from the air inlet (4) and is then discharged from the air discharge port; a sealing protective sleeve (7) is disposed between the impeller chamber (3) and the bearing box (2), an end of the sealing protective sleeve (7) being sealedly fixed to the impeller chamber (3), while the other end is sealedly fixed to a housing of the bearing box (2); the sealing protective sleeve (7) is a cylindrical structure and sleeves the exterior of the rotation shaft (2.1), and a rotation gap is provided between an inner wall of the sealing protective sleeve (7) and the rotation shaft (2.1). While the centrifugal fan is operating, odor is effectively prevented from leaking into an office area and environmental sanitation is ensured.
