The method comprises: logically form a management ring by application server clusters, and divide the management ring into a plurality of management ring fragments; logically form a worker ring by resource server clusters, and divide the worker ring into a plurality of worker ring fragments, the management ring fragments managing the corresponding worker ring fragments; the resource server clusters in the worker ring fragments send a message of the blockchain system to the application server clusters of the management ring fragments managing the worker ring fragments; the application server clusters running a blockchain program receive the message of the blockchain system, send the message to other application server clusters of the management ring fragment, and send the message to application server clusters that are peer nodes to each other, the application server clusters that are peer nodes to each other sending the message to other application server clusters corresponding to the management ring fragments.
