A method for rapid overall displacement and docking of two large floating ship halves. According to the mounting states of ship halves, a container ship half (2) and an ore ship half (3) are enabled to have consistent drafts with the tails ti two detachable rigid beams (4) are installed between the two adjacent inner sides of the container ship half (2) and the ore ship half (3), and the two detachable rigid beams (4) are mounted at the head and the tail parts; two ship moving lifting lugs (5) are installed on each of the two outer sides of the container ship half (2) and the ore ship half (3) facing away from each other, and the ship moving lifting lugs (5) are installed at the head and tail parts of each ship half; each of the ship moving lifting lugs (5) is equipped with three shackles, and the three shackles are connected to a hoist on a dock (9) side by means of wire ropes; by means of the detachable rigid beams (4), and by means of pull of the hoist and the ship moving lifting lugs (5) on the outer sides of the container ship half (2) and the ore ship half (3), the ships can be displaced in a front-rear direction, entirely moved and then positioned and docked. After the completion of building two entire ships (1) in the dock (9), the overall displacement of the two ship halves connected in series with the two entire ships (1) is conducive to improving the building efficiency and resource utilization.
