The embodiments of the present application disclose a monocular image depth estimation method and apparatus, a device, a computer program and a storage medium. Said method comprises: according to absolute features of preset regions and relative features between preset regions in a monocular image, acquiring global features of the monocular image on the basis of depth estimation neural network; and obtaining a predicted depth map of the monocular image according to the global features, the absolute features of preset regions and the relative features between preset regions in the monocular image. The embodiments of the present application can improve the accuracy of monocular image depth estimation.
