An assembled embedded damping interlayer double steel plate concrete composite shear wall, comprising a double steel plate layer, a double damping interlayer, and a concrete layer (5). A damping layer is added in the double steel plate concrete composite shear wall, and the shear deformation energy dissipation of a damping material and the steel plate, and the damping material and a concrete section can be used so as to implement the controllable slide of the steel plate and the concrete section; the damping of the structure can also be effectively improved, the seismic response of the structure is reduced, and the energy dissipation and seismic absorption capacity of the structure is improved.
