The shear wall is connected by a bolt-tie rod connector; the double steel plate layer comprises two parallel first steel plates (1) in a long side direction and two second steel plates (2) in a short side direction; the damping interlayer comprises a first damping interlayer (3) and a second damping interlayer (4); the first damping interlayer (3) is located between the first steel plate (1) and the concrete layer (5), the second damping interlayer (4) is wrapped around the bolt-tie rod connector, and a steel pipe (8) is wrapped around the second damping interlayer (4); and the bolt-tie rod connector comprises a brace plate restraining tie rod assembly (6) and a high-strength restraining tie rod assembly (7). A damping layer is added in the double steel plate concrete composite shear wall, and the shear deformation energy dissipation of a damping material and the steel plate, and the damping material and a concrete section can be used so as to implement the controllable slide of the steel plate and the concrete section; the damping of the structure can also be effectively improved, the seismic response of the structure is reduced, and the energy dissipation and seismic absorption capacity of the structure is improved.
