This deterioration diagnosis device is provided with: an acquisition unit which acquires sensing information that includes at least a captured image captured by an image-capturing device mounted on a moving body, driving condition information that indicates driving content of the moving body, and position information that corresponds to the captured image or the driving condition information; a deterioration degree analysis unit which analyzes the deterioration degrees of objects to be inspected shown in the captured image; and a priority calculation unit which calculates the priority of the objects to be inspected on the basis of: the deterioration degrees of the same objects to be inspected shown in a plurality of the captured images that are specified on the basis of the position information; and the driving condition information corresponding to the specified objects to be inspected.
