The present invention relates to a viral RNA extraction method using silica-coated magnetic beads, which can effectively remove various contaminants from a sample to thereby enable a more sensitive detection of virus derived from the sample; by using inexpensive reagents compared to existing compositions for RNA extraction can eliminate the step of pooling the sample for cost reasons and thus enable precise monitoring of viral emergence; and can serve to expand the scope of disease-mediating virus detection experiments and various monitoring businesses, thus contributing to public health.
