A method and apparatus for implementing the integration of digital certificate transaction records. The method comprises: acquiring available transaction records of a user (S121); obtaining, from the available transaction records, a temporary transaction record by combining limit transaction records, the number of which does not exceed a transaction record theoretical limit (S122); and on the basis of the temporary transaction record and non-limit transaction records in the available transaction records, other than the limit transaction records, selecting transaction records, which satisfy the amount of capital to be transacted and the number of which does not exceed the transaction record theoretical limit, to serve as a transaction record to be integrated so as to obtain an integrated transaction record of the user (S123). Further provided is a digital certificate client, containing the apparatus for implementing the integration of digital certificate transaction records. Further provided are a computer-readable storage medium, a computer program product and an electronic device, wherein same can implement the execution of the method for implementing the integration of digital certificate transaction records.
