An expressway-specific street lamp capable of effective dust removal, comprising a lamp post (1), a base (2), a lamp holder (3) and a lamp source (4); a dust removal assembly (5) is provided on the base (2), and the dust removal assembly (5) comprises an upper housing (51), an outer housing (52), an inner housing (53) and a lower housing (54); the edge of the upper housing (51) is fixedly connected to the lamp post (1), and the bottom of the upper housing (51) is fixedly connected to the outer housing (52) and the inner housing (53); a dust removal space (6) is reserved between the inner housing (53) and the outer housing (52), an upper placing plate (61), a lower placing plate (62), a power supply (63), a positive electrode (64) and a negative electrode (65) are provided in the dust removal space (6), the upper and lower placing plates (61, 62) are fixedly provided between the outer housing (52) and the inner housing (53), and the positive electrode (64) and the negative electrode (65) are provided between the upper placing plate (61) and the lower placing plate (62); a dust outlet (7) is provided at the lower part of the outer housing (52); and a purification space (8) is formed between the inner housing (53), the upper housing (51), the lower housing (54) and the lamp post (1), and the purification space (8) is filled with an activated carbon sorbent.
