The invention relates to the technical field of the water treatmentand in particular relates to an integrated sewage treatment method of vertically partitioned anaerobic-aerobic-sludge-water separation, comprising the following steps: step I: introducing raw water into an anaerobic reaction area at the bottom of a biological reaction tank to perform denitrification reaction with nitrification liquid back flowing from the top of an aerobic reaction area; step II: after the denitrification reaction, making a mixed solution ascend to the aerobic reaction area at the upper part of the anaerobic reaction area to perform nitration reaction; step III: nitrification liquid in the aerobic reaction area enters a sludge-water separation device at the top of a reaction tank to perform sludge-water separation; clean water is discharged as treatment water outside the reaction tank, and the separated sludge returns to the aerobic reaction area to be continuously subjected to denitrification reaction; and at the meantime, a part of nitrification liquid back-flows to the anaerobic reaction area to be mixed with raw water to be suffered subjected to denitrification reaction; Step VI: when a sludge concentration in the biological reaction tank reaches a certain concentration value, a part of sludge is discharged through a sludge pipe.
