A WeChat-based method and system for making an appointment for a face-to-face signature for loans, and a computer device and a storage medium. The method comprises: a server acquiring a face-to-face signature request initiated by a user by means of a client side (S101); the server determining, based on service logic, whether a client is qualified to make an appointment for a face-to-face signature, and if so, collecting face-to-face signature information required during face-to-face signature according to the request, and the client side sending the collected face-to-face signature information to the server (S102); a positioning module of the client side searching for, after the client authorizes position information, outlets within a specified radius by means of determining the current position of the client and displaying the specific distances of the outlets, and displaying an estimated time of arrival at the outlets in conjunction with the distances and means of transportation (S103); respectively calculating the average processing time of a face-to-face signature service for loans in different periods of time; and the client side receiving the face-to-face signature information, outlets selected by the client and the periods of time, and completing a face-to-face signature appointment process (S105). The method is convenient to use, improves working efficiency of a face-to-face signature, facilitates a client in selecting suitable face-to-face signature outlets and improves satisfaction to the client.
