The present invention relates to a color LED lamp grayscale correction and linear color mixing method; by means of collecting a brightness value corresponding to each color LED lamp bead in a color LED lamp at each brightness level, recording a set of brightness levels as original grayscale data; then normalizing each brightness value of each color LED and, in an x-y plane rectangular coordinate system, plotting and curve fitting each brightness level and corresponding brightness value after normalization processing; recording as k the ratio of the maximum brightness level after normalization to the maximum brightness value, then using the normalized brightness values at k × each brightness level, one by one, to obtain the intercept xj of the LED curve corresponding to each color on the axis of the brightness level N, and rounding same to x'j; collecting the x'j of each color LED as the correction grayscale data of each color LED and storing same in a control module of the color LED lamp, so that during use, the original grayscale data is sent to the control module; thus the control module can implement linear grayscale color mixing on the basis of the corrected grayscale data, making dimming and color mixing accurate with no occurrence of color drift.
