ELECTROMAGNETIC INDUCTION HEATING-BASED CIGARETTE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

An electromagnetic induction heating-based cigarette, comprising a tobacco segment (1) and a mouthpiece segment. The tobacco segment (1) is covered by a tobacco segment cigarette paper (2); the tobacco segment is formed by compositing a metal foil (7) and tobacco and then performing rolling to form a cigarette-like structure, wherein there is a certain gap between layers in the cigarette-like structure; or the tobacco segment (1) is formed by compositing the metal foil (7) and tobacco, cutting same into shreds, arranging the shreds in a strip, and performing rolling to form a cigarette-like structure, or the tobacco segment (1) is formed by compositing the metal foil (7) and tobacco, then performing creping, and finally performing gathering to form a cigarette-like structure. Also provided is a manufacturing method for the electromagnetic induction heating-based cigarette. Implementing the present invention can achieve the beneficial effects: (1) the composite tobacco manufactured by compositing a metal foil comprising a magnetic material and tobacco can better meet the requirements for electromagnetic heating; and (2) the heating efficiency of the composite sheet is greatly improved, and the time from heating the tobacco to atomization is greatly reduced.
