A method for designing a loudspeaker mesh cover based on a finite element method. The loudspeaker mesh cover is simulated and designed by a finite element method, such that the mesh cover shape can be optimized during predesign so as to adjust the performance of the loudspeaker, the progress of design and development of the loudspeaker is accelerated, and the development cost is reduced. The method comprises the following steps: S1, providing a three-dimensional model for a loudspeaker with a mesh cover; S2, establishing a finite element model for the loudspeaker with a mesh cover according to the three-dimensional model; S3, imparting the excitation of the loudspeaker to the finite element model; S4, setting parameters of the mesh cover; and S5, solving the finite element model by means of a control variable method and a parameterized scanning model, calculating frequency response curves corresponding to mesh covers with different parameters, and performing comparison and selecting the optimal solution.
