The present disclosure provides a photovoltaic junction box, a photovoltaic assembly, and a photovoltaic junction box installation method. The photovoltaic junction box comprises a box body and a connection terminal arranged in the box body, wherein a through hole for enabling the connection terminal to be exposed to the outside is provided at a position on the box body where the connection terminal is located, so that when the photovoltaic junction box is installed, the connection terminal is in contact with a bus bar of a photovoltaic assembly at a position where the photovoltaic junction box is to be installed.
