The invention belongs to the field of physics and proposes a compact cube-shaped anaesthetic brachial plexus block simulator for all four techniques, where four of the cube's faces allow the training of the four procedures - interscalene, supraclavicular, infraclavicular and axillary - for anaesthetic block and pain management of the brachial plexus with clear differentiation of components by ultrasound due to the separation of said components, their hypo-, anechoic or hyperechoic structure and their different densities; made of elastomeric polyurethane rubber obtained by condensation of hydroxyl bases combined with diisocyanates and with alcohol in combination for different densities in each component, with rigid portions, flexible portions, catalysts, additives, pigments, a circuit of hoses and an internal pneumatic circuit that receives injected anaesthetic material without it becoming encrusted and can be removed by suction.
