A pneumatic water pump drainage assembly (100) and a pneumatic water pump control method, the pneumatic water pump drainage assembly (100) comprising a controller (110), a plurality of pump bodies (131, 133) and a floating ball switch (150), wherein the controller (110) comprises an input end (IN) and a plurality of output ends (Y1, Y2); the floating ball switch (150) is electrically connected to the input end (IN) of the controller (110); the plurality of output ends (Y1, Y2) of the controller (110) are electrically connected to air intake solenoid valves of the plurality of pump bodies (131, 133) in a one-to-one correspondence so that the running state of the air intake solenoid valves of the plurality of pump bodies (131, 133) may be controlled; the floating ball switch (150) is configured to monitor water level and send monitored water level information to the controller (110); and the controller (110) is configured to control the plurality of pump bodies (131, 133) to drain water alternately according to a preset pattern when the water level reaches a preset value.
