CHEMILUMINESCENCE ANALYSIS METHOD AND APPLICATION THEREOF

A chemiluminescence analysis method, belonging to the field of chemiluminescence analysis techniques, and comprising: analyzing and determining whether target molecules to be tested are comprised in a sample to be tested and/or the concentration of the target molecules to be tested by means of detecting the intensity of chemiluminescent signals produced by a reaction between activated oxygen and receptor microspheres of at least two different particle sizes in the test sample. The present method entails super high sensitivity and a wide detection range. In addition, the detection time may be further reduced during detection and the reaction rate may be increased due to the rapid reaction rate of the luminescent microspheres having a small particle size.
