The flow regulating arrangement includes a quantity of biodegradable material (110) deployed within and/or adjacent to the flow path so that decomposition of the biodegradable material results in expansion of fluid flow passageways that were initially restricted by the biodegradable material and/or opening of fluid flow passageways that were initially blocked by the biodegradable material.
