RATE-CONTROLLABLE SUPERCONDUCTING MAGNET COMPONENT TEMPERATURE CYCLING TEST APPARATUS

A rate-controllable superconducting magnet component temperature cycling test apparatus, comprising a liquid nitrogen tank (12) and a vacuum container (15). A small container (14) for placing a superconducting magnet component (13) is disposed at the upper end portion in the vacuum container (15); there are three pipes at the bottom of the liquid nitrogen tank (12), the first pipe and the second pipe being connected together to pass through a coiled pipe to the top of the liquid nitrogen tank (12), and the third pipe together with one pipe led out from the top of the liquid nitrogen tank (12) leading to an inlet of an electric heater (5); another one of the pipes led out from the top of the liquid nitrogen tank (12) further leads to the atmosphere; a closed PID temperature control loop is disposed on the electric heater (5); there are two pipes at the back of the electric heater (5), a bypass pipe finally leading to the atmosphere, and a main pipe being connected to an inlet of the small container (14) inside the vacuum container (15); an outlet pipe of the small container (14) finally leads to the atmosphere. The apparatus performs temperature decrease and temperature increase according to specific temperature decrease and increase gradients by simulating a real working condition in which a sample piece operates, so as to perform controllable temperature decrease and increase tests on the sample piece.
