The method comprises: displaying a user interface, the display interface displaying a virtual environment and a virtual object located in the virtual environment (401); obtaining an operation trajectory formed in the user interface by an interactive operation according to a first instruction triggered by the interactive operation of the user interface (402); when the operation trajectory forms a closed area, obtaining at least two target virtual objects located in the closed area in the virtual environment (403); gathering the target virtual objects at a specified position in the virtual environment (404); and when the virtual object moves to the specified position, controlling the virtual object to pick up a target virtual object (405).
