The pressing suction unit (1) comprises a pressing head (11), a pump (12), and a guide tube (13). A cover body (14) is provided outside the pump (12). The pump (12) is provided with a first snap-fit portion (15). The soft bag (2) comprises a soft bag body (21). An opening end (22) is arranged at an upper end of the soft bag body (21). The soft bag body (21) is filled with a fluid substance. The opening end (22) is provided with a second snap-fit portion (23). The pump (12) of the pressing suction unit (1) is inserted into the opening end (22) of the soft bag (2), and matches a seal component on the opening end for sealing the opening end (22) of the soft bag, so that a closed space is formed in the soft bag. The first snap-fit portion (15) and the second snap-fit portion (23) are snap-fitted to each other, so that the soft bag (2) is connected to the pressing suction unit (1) by means of snap-fitting, and the guide tube (13) is inserted into the soft bag (2). The soft bag (2) is provided in the bottle body (3), and the cover body (14) of the pressing suction unit is connected to a bottle neck (31) of the bottle body. In this way, no fluid substance remains in the soft bag, it is easy and convenient to replace the soft bag, and the pressing suction unit and the bottle body are repeatedly used, thereby achieving the final purpose of environmental protection.
