A click rate prediction method, an electronic apparatus and a computer-readable storage medium. The click rate prediction method comprises: inputting sample data into a tree model for training to obtain a leaf node code corresponding to the sample data, wherein the sample data is sample data having the features related to a click rate; carrying out feature merging on the leaf node code and the sample data to obtain mixed sample features; inputting the mixed sample features into an embedding layer for data processing to convert sparse discrete feature vectors in the mixed sample features to successive feature vectors; and respectively inputting the mixed sample features processed by means of the embedding layer into a factorization machine model and a deep neural network model for training, merging a factorization machine output result and a deep network hidden layer output result, and outputting a prediction result.
