A maglev train rescue device, comprising: an electric motor (3), support wheels (4) and a support structure, wherein the support structure comprises a support base (1) and a shaft (31) capable of moving axially and rotating circumferentially at the same time; the shaft (31) penetrates a through hole (11) of the support base (1); two ends of the shaft (31) penetrate the through holes (11); an upper end of the shaft (31) is connected to the electric motor (3), and a lower end is connected to the support wheels (4); a side wall of the shaft (31) is provided with a boss (32); an inner wall of the through hole (11) is provided with a longitudinal groove (12) arranged along the axial direction of the through hole (11) and used for accommodating the boss (32); driven by the axial movement of the shaft (31), the boss (32) may move back and forth along the longitudinal groove (12); the inner wall of the through hole (11) of the support base (1) is provided thereon with an upper stopping surface (13) used for blocking the axial upward movement of the shaft (31), and the upper stopping surface (13) extends to the bottom of the longitudinal groove (12); and the boss (32) may be driven by the rotary motion of the shaft (31) to move to the lower part of the upper stopping surface (13). The present rescue device has the advantages of simple structure, high reliability and safety, low power consumption, and low maintenance cost.
