The present invention relates to a steaming apparatus having a door glass defogging and water drop forming prevention function. A first fan and a steam heating plate are provided inside a body, and the lower end inside the body is provided with an air cavity isolated from a steaming cavity; the steam heating plate is located inside the air cavity; the air outlet end of the first fan is communicated with the air inlet of the air cavity; the door of the body is provided with inner glass and middle glass spaced apart from each other; the door is provided with a first air channel with the upper end communicated with the outside; and the air outlet of the air cavity is communicated with the lower end of the first air channel. Thus, the difference in temperature between the inner and outer surfaces of the inner glass can be reduced by means of the afterheat of the bottom of the steam heating plate, so as to implement defogging and preventing water drop from being formed on the surface, thereby improving show window observability, the problem of outflow of water drops during opening of the door after cooking ends is avoided, the temperature of a box is reduced, thereby prolonging the service lives of a steaming apparatus and of a cabinet, and removal of a water receiving tank avoids the problem of breeding of mosquitoes and bacteria caused by accumulation of water in the water receiving tank, thereby achieving health and safety.
