The present disclosure provides an international energy network system and an information processing method, relating to the technical field of international energy network. Said system comprises: a block-chain-based international energy network information main-network and international energy network information sub-network, and a first cross-domain node device; the international energy network information sub-network accessing, by means of the first cross-domain node device, the international energy network information main-network, the first cross-domain node device being used to perform bi-directional transmission of information between the international energy network information sub-network and the international energy network information main-network. The international energy network system and information processing method of the present disclosure enable a local international energy network system to implement decentralized regional autonomy, allow for controllable transparent and regional communication of service information, and make utilization of cooperation of a plurality of block chains so as to exchange trusted information, ensuring the non-tamperability of exchanged information, increasing the security and reliability of a service information credential, and implementing automatic operation and maintenance and transaction.
