PRODUCTION PROCESS FOR PREPARING FRICTION MATERIAL WITH WHEAT STRAW

The present invention provides a production process for preparing friction material with wheat straw, comprising the following steps: providing wheat straw and removing the mildewed and rotten parts as well as mud and impurities in the wheat straw to obtain clean wheat straw; crushing the clean wheat straw into the length of 0.1-0.2 cm, and incompletely carbonizing the clean wheat straw in an oxygen deficient furnace to obtain incompletely carbonized wheat straw granules; and activating the incompletely carbonized wheat straw granules and removing impurities in a winnowing manner, and foaming and grinding the wheat straw granules to obtain the friction material. The production process has good use performances and good compression resistance performance.
