WEFT YARN TENSION CONTROL APPARATUS FOR RAPIER LOOM

Disclosed is a weft yarn tension control apparatus for a rapier loom. The control apparatus comprises an installation base (1), wherein a yarn pressing plate spring fixing seat (11) is provided at a right end thereof; an upper part of the yarn pressing plate spring fixing seat (11) is provided with a weft yarn leading out porcelain circle hole (111); a weft yarn leading out porcelain circle (1111) is arranged in the weft yarn leading out porcelain circle hole (111); a weft yarn supporting mechanism (2) is arranged at a middle part of a side, facing upwards, of the installation base (1); an electromagnet (3) is fixed to a side, facing downwards, of a left end of the installation base (1); and a deflector plate reset mechanism (4) is arranged at the left end of the installation base (1). A left end of a yarn pressing plate spring (5) is connected to a top part of a deflector plate (6), a middle part thereof corresponds to an upward side of the weft yarn supporting mechanism (2), and a right end thereof is connected to a top part of the yarn pressing plate spring fixing seat (11). The deflector plate (6) is connected to the deflector plate reset mechanism (4), an upper end of the deflector plate (6) is provided with a weft yarn leading in porcelain ring hole (61), a weft yarn leading in porcelain ring (611) is arranged in the weft yarn leading in porcelain ring hole (61), and a lower end of the deflector plate (6) extends in a direction facing the electromagnet (3). The invention has the following advantages of movement transfer links being reduced, the structure being simplified, and a response speed being improved when a weft yarn tension is adjusted, therefore meeting the high-speed-weaving requirement of a loom, and improving the adaptability to different weft yarns.
